Rob Holland is a Founding Partner of CREO Capital Partners, a middle-market private investment firm based in Miami, Florida, with offices in Denver, Jacksonville, and San Francisco. Celebrating 25 years since its founding in Los Angeles and investing from its Fifth Fund and other financial vehicles, CREO has completed nearly 30 investments in food, distribution, and logistics companies in the USA, Mexico, and Europe. The firm’s differentiated expertise in these sectors enables more efficient deal execution, stronger alignment with management, and increased opportunities for synergies and growth relative to many generalist middle-market investors.
Mr. Holland has hands-on operational experience, having served as CEO of two food businesses, including Flagship Food Group, which rebranded in 2024 to Insignia International to reflect its evolution into a diversified multinational food platform.
Prior to founding CREO Capital Partners, Mr. Holland worked at Trust Company of the West (TCW), a $110 billion Los Angeles-based asset management firm. Prior to joining TCW, Mr. Holland served as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers. At Lehman Brothers, Mr. Holland focused on M&A and capital raising transactions in the business services, engineering and construction, and real estate industries.
Mr. Holland graduated magna cum laude from the Calloway School of Business and Accountancy at Wake Forest University, where he attended as a Presidential Scholar.
Mr. Holland has served on numerous corporate and leadership boards, including the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), the Young Alumni Development Board of Wake Forest University, Good Harbor Filet Company, Flagship Food Group, and Excelline Food Products. He is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). He is an avid private pilot.

Jamie Westerman is a Partner at CREO Capital Partners, where he has been a member of the investment team since 2017. He is actively involved in sourcing, executing, and managing CREO’s middle-market investments. Jamie currently serves on the board of Insignia International, CREO’s multinational diversified food platform, while also evaluating opportunities across other industries.
Before joining CREO, Jamie worked in the Financial Services Organization at EY in both the United States and Australia. At EY, he provided assurance services to a range of listed and private clients across banking, capital markets, and financial institutions. His experience included complex financial reporting, audit, and regulatory engagements across multiple geographies.
Jamie holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Kansas Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kansas.
Outside of work, Jamie enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors with his family in Florida.

Matthew Finnerty is a Partner at CREO Capital Partners, where he is responsible for evaluating, executing, and managing investments across the firm’s middle-market portfolio. He has worked on opportunities spanning food, consumer, and other industries, and currently serves on the board of Insignia International.
Prior to joining CREO, Matthew was an Analyst at Proterra Partners, a private equity firm focused on food and agriculture investments, where he supported transactions and portfolio management across the sector. Earlier in his career, he was an Analyst at Grata, a deal sourcing and market intelligence platform, where he specialized in research and analysis of private company markets.
Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Chapman University’s Argyros College of Business and Economics, where he was a member of the Men’s Varsity Golf Team.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys studio art and spending time in the Colorado mountains with his chocolate lab, Ollie.

Rafael Martinez is a Senior Investment Associate at CREO Capital Partners, where he focuses on evaluating, executing, and managing investments across the middle market. His work spans food and consumer as well as other industries aligned with CREO’s strategy of pursuing scaled businesses.
Before joining CREO, Rafael worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Morgan Stanley in New York. While industry agnostic, he advised on transactions across technology, transportation, and consumer, including Blackstone’s acquisition of Jersey Mike’s. His experience includes advising a national transportation provider on a segment-level carve-out and supporting the sale of a large data center platform, among other transactions.
Earlier in his career, Rafael was a management consultant with Oliver Wyman, where he advised C-Suite executives on corporate strategy, growth, and performance improvement across industries such as transportation, retail, and energy.
Rafael earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where he was a Toigo Foundation Fellow and a member of the Venture Capital and Private Equity Club. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Industrial and Operations Engineering.
Rafael enjoys skiing, being a Miami Heat basketball fanatic, and traveling in South America.

Adrian Pinto is an Investment Associate at CREO Capital Partners, where he focuses on deal sourcing, research, and supporting execution across the firm’s middle-market investments. He plays an active role in identifying new opportunities in food, consumer, and other sectors.
Before joining CREO, Adrian worked in mergers and acquisitions at Dyens & Co. in New York, where he supported transaction execution across industries. He also gained experience in investment banking with Siuma Capital in Latin America, and in trading and risk management at Traxys Group in Luxembourg.
Adrian earned a Master of Science in Finance from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College. He also studied abroad at Università Bocconi in Milan.

Firm operations

Sarah McEntire is a Manager at CREO Capital Partners, where she oversees firm operations and provides direct support to the leadership team and portfolio companies. In her role, she manages complex scheduling, worldwide travel, and special projects while maintaining high confidentiality and ensuring timely completion of critical initiatives. She also coordinates internal and external meetings, conferences, and events, assists with accounting documentation and administrative processes, and serves as the firm’s office manager and a certified public notary.
Sarah joined CREO in 2017 and brings over 20 years of experience in executive support and business operations. Prior to CREO, she worked across real estate, land development, agriculture, and hospitality, including helping launch an international hospitality design firm and supporting the master-developer of Lake Las Vegas Resort.
Based in the Denver area, Sarah is active in her community as a Court Appointed Special Advocate/Guardian Ad Litem for the national CASA organization. She enjoys planning meaningful family activities, biking, Pilates, and interior design.
