Venbrook

In 2008, after extensive research and industry analysis, Creo identified the insurance sector as one that presented a very attractive risk / reward profile.  In early 2009, Creo purchased a stake in Venbrook Group LLC (“Venbrook” or the “Company”). Venbrook is a Los Angeles-based insurance and brokerage company and provides business and risk management solutions for agents, brokers, professional and trade associations, pools, trusts, and medium to large insureds in the US. Venbrook has three primary components to its business: (i) its brokerage business (ii) it’s A- rated commercial underwriting business known as Knightbrook and (iii) its Bermuda based reinsurance business.
