Lintelle Engineering, founded in 1989, was acquired by Creo Capital Partners in January 2007. The Northern California-based electrical design, engineering, and manufacturing firm serves customers worldwide and designs and builds control units, power units, and robotic equipment used primarily as sub-components in assembly lines and manufacturing plants. Bill Turner, the Company's founder, remains a significant owner and member of the management team. As part of the transaction, Creo:
