Lintelle Engineering,
Inc.
Lintelle Engineering, founded in 1989, was acquired
by Creo Capital Partners in January 2007. The Northern
California-based electrical design, engineering, and
manufacturing firm serves customers worldwide and designs
and builds control units, power units, and robotic equipment
used primarily as sub-components in assembly lines and
manufacturing plants. Bill Turner, the Company's founder,
remains a significant owner and member of the management
team. As part of the transaction, Creo:
- Structured an acquisition that positions the company
for growth and profitability
- Worked with the existing management team to develop
a strategic plan for the business
- Leveraged relationships with bankers and investors
to create opportunity for a number of stakeholders
- Brought new, well-versed professionals in to assist
management at the board level
- Created new incentive programs to promote value
creation at all levels of management
