IDM Group, LLC

IDM Group LLC, head-quartered in Tacoma, WA, was formed by Creo Capital Partners in May 2006 to purchase the assets and assume the liabilities of IDM Inc. Innovative Door and Millwork Group provides tract home builders, custom home builders and owners/contractors with a turnkey solution by providing a single source responsible for managing, sizing, staging and installing all millwork (doors, moldings, stair railings), hardware elements (cabinets, countertops) and flooring for home interiors after the rough-in painting phase is completed by the building contractor.

In 2005, IDM entered a rapid growth phase as they increased their service offerings and also opened a second location to serve the Portland, OR market. Creo’s involvement and relationship with the company included:

• Infused capital into the entity to support the strong growth of the company
• Funded and installed a new integrated accounting and ERP system to improve overall business analysis and management
• Worked with management to implement a new retail division to focus on individual builders/home re-modelers and also opened up a show room facility
• Created attractive equity incentive programs for management and sales-force
• Implemented new sales strategy and developed new marketing programs and marketing materials
