Branded Food Investments

Creo Capital Partner’s first investment was in a branded food manufacturer, First Street Food Group. Since then, the Firm has acquired seven food-related businesses, with five of these specifically in the development, marketing and distribution of branded food products. Creo seeks to build value by acquiring well known food brands and leveraging Creo’s expertise in the food industry, capital and professional resources, as well as its existing management and infrastructure to integrate the business and drive growth and increase profitability. Prestige Food Group (“Prestige”) is the holding company for Creo’s investments in the branded food space. Creo’s current l food businesses under the Prestige banner include First Street Food Group, Oh Boy!, National Harvest, Chris’ & Pitt’s, Treasure Valley, and505 Southwest. Products include frozen entrees, potatoes, breads, Barbeque sauces and organic marinades and salsa products. Items are sold through major retailers nationwide including Costco, Walmart, Alberstons, Target, Sam’s Clubs, Kroger, and others.
